Upload Tab

If you are signed in, you are directed straight to the Upload page, where you can add new files to submit for summarization. This page is the equivalent of a shopping cart on traditional merchant sites.

Summaries Tab

On this page, you will see a list of previously completed and downloadable summaries and memos. 

This part of your account will also update as the status of your submissions changes through the summarization process. It should automatically update itself, but try a quick refresh if you haven't seen any movement for an extended period of time.  

 

File Retention & Deletion 

SmartDepo retains customer transcripts and summaries until you decide to delete the files from the SmartDepo web app. During this storage period, SmartDepo solely uses the files to provide access to the customer and does not employ them for any other purpose.

If you want a specific file sooner, use the trash icon to the right of your files on the Summaries tab of your dashboard. If you opt to delete them, all associated files are completely and permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours. 

 

 

 

Account

This is your Settings page. From this page, you can update each of the following settings or preferences: 

 

Payment Details

  • See the number of successful summaries you have submitted.
  • Manage your payment details via Stripe's customer portal, accessible by clicking on the option. 

 

Email Preferences

  • Want to receive emails when each of your summaries is completed?
  • Want your files to be in those emails as attachments? 

 

Password

Keep your account secure by keeping a unique password on your account and updating it regularly. You'll need to enter your current password to update and enter a new one.
